ReadyGo currently ships across Canada.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Other Canadian provinces: 2–7 business days depending on location

ReadyGo uses a variety of trusted shipping carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery. The carrier used may vary depending on destination and order size.

Weather Conditions (Important)

During colder months, beverages may be exposed to freezing temperatures during transport.

ReadyGo cannot guarantee protection against freezing once a package leaves our facility and is not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures during shipping.

Customers assume responsibility for this risk when ordering during winter conditions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, ReadyGo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

ReadyGo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
